Cliff Lea, Senior Pastor


Senior Pastor

Cliff is the lead pastor for both teaching and church leadership, and has served FBC Leesburg since 2007. He is a graduate of Southwestern Theological Seminary and has authored several books. He and his wife Suzy have five sons. He is passionate about God’s word, time with his family, international missions and on a lesser note…Dallas sports and chocolate.

Village Park Campus Pastor

Shannon serves as the Campus Pastor for Village Park. Shannon brings over 20 years of pastoral experience to FBC Village Park. He earned both his Masters and Doctor degrees from Luther Rice Seminary. He is married to his wife Jennifer and they have two daughters and one granddaughter (Chandler); Madison (Justin) works as a nurse in Fort Worth, Texas and Blair (Austin) is newly married and serves as an intern at Ingleside Baptist Church in Macon, Georgia.
Kevin Buynak

Kevin Buynak

Family Pastor

Kevin serves as the Family Pastor for the Village Park Campus. He brings 10 years of student ministry and church planting experience. He earned his M.DIV from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Denae, and they have one daughter, Kristine. His desire is to engage and equip families to make disciples of all nations. 
Steven Hodge

Steven Hodge

Associate Worship Pastor

Steven Hodge is a native of Kansas City and has been leading worship since he was 10 years old. He has served in the worship department of 4 churches, most recently serving as the Youth Worship Director at FBC O’Fallon, located in St. Louis, MO. Apart from his position in the local church, he has traveled across the Midwest leading worship for camps, revivals, retreats, and Discipleship Now events. Steven graduated from Hannibal-LaGrange University with a degree in worship leadership. He is married to Megan, who is a nurse and his ministry partner. Steven’s desire is to lead God’s people in a worship experience that is free from distractions and leads them to the Cross.
