G.E.A.R. Men's Bible Study

Join us for a time of Bible study as we study the book The Measure of a Man by Gene Getz. The study will begin at 8:00am on Monday, February 1. You can join us live at the Village Park campus or by simulcast at the Downtown and South Campus.

TAG (Tuesday All Gals)

Our weekday Women’s Ministry is called TAG(Tuesdays All Gals). TAG is designed for women of all ages and stages of life. Each TAG contains worship, Bible study, scripture memory, mission study, and prayer. This semester’s lessons will be taught by a variety of gifted women. Although our start date for this semester is February 9 at 9 am, as of now, we will be on Livestream only at least through the month of February. Once we feel like it is ok to meet in person, we will invite all ladies to join us at our Village Park Campus on Tuesday mornings from 9:00-11:30am. At that time there will be Children’s classes available for birth-homeschooled. Once we begin meeting live, we will also continue to live streaming on the church website and through Facebook Live. A masked only preference area will be available in the Worship Center.

Median Singles Group

Singles, ages 26-40, meet each Tuesday evening for Bible study and fellowship. For more details, please contact Pastor Steve Rippy at or 352-787-1005


Moms with children still in school (birth-high school). Wednesdays at 6:00 pm, starting February 3rd in D-105. Classes led by young moms with visits from mentoring moms. Bible study, scripture memory, prayer, and support.

Sign Language Clasws

Each Tuesday at the Downtown Campus we offer a Sign Language Class. Contact Jenny Utz ( for more info.


Join Josh Eury, Kyle Sellars, and Canh Bui as they lead a time for dads to learn and study scripture together. This class meets in the Downtown Campus A Building and will begin Wednesday, February 3rd, at 6:00 pm in the A-building.

Adult Co-Ed Bible Study

Join us in the Fellowship Hall at the Downtown Campus at 6 pm each Wednesday. This class will be taught by Neil Stewart and will work through the book of Romans. This class begins Wednesday, February 3rd.

Age Graded Activities

Preschool: Nursery for Babies up to 2 years; Activities for 2 through Pre-K. Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30 pm in the Preschool.
Children: Activities for Kindergarten through 5th Grade Wednesdays at 6:00 pm in the Family Life Center.
Students: Activities for 6th–12th grade Wednesdays at 6:00 pm.

Late Night (College)

A community of passionate young Christians age 18-25 focused on learning about Christ. We strive to have a loving atmosphere that represents Christ. We meet every Wednesday in the Chapel. Doors open at 8:30 pm and worship starts at 9:00 pm. After the service is over, some of us head over to the church gym to play volleyball, basketball, dodge ball, or indoor soccer. Snacks and drinks are provided!

James Study

This study is for all women on Wednesdays from 11:30 am-12:30 pm or 6:00-7:00 pm, in B-111. The class facilitator is Sheila Soltau. The book cost is $15. Please wear masks. For information on the start date contact Sheila Soltau at 352-255-1889.


We are offering an eight-week, online (Zoom) on Christian Stewardship and the Steps to the Blessing of Financial Freedom. Each class will be about an hour-long, led by several members of our Stewardship Counseling Team who have had careers in business and finance and experience in teaching on this topic. Financial Freedom is the goal achieved by being Financially Fit, like an athlete who runs a pentathlon. There are many skills to be developed and honed. Beyond that, it is really a spiritual matter of Stewardship because after all, It’s All God’s Stuff (IAGS). Download Mid-week Flyer for full information.
